Hi, I’m Tim Falls. 👋🏼
My professional experience spans from blue to white collar, for- to non-profit, success to “failure”, tech to traditional print media, family-owned to IPO’d. I help build and scale high-growth tech startups and serve on the boards of slow-growth nonprofits.
My personal path has spanned a spectrum of educational and experiential explorations, from MBA School to Indigenous Amazonian folk medicine. I love, admire, and dedicate myself to revering, protecting, and learning from our Mother Earth and all her beautiful, miraculous life forms.
A weaving of my professional and personal experiences shapes my cosmology, values, and purpose, which are integrated into and inform my work. I feel honored and privileged to pour my energy into bringing the power of community and the impact of coaching to companies and individuals who seek soul alignment and meaningful purpose in their lives and work.
